MY STORY

Im much better at tasks that can be done slowly and carefully rather than tasks that require immediate responses or accomplishments. Im very good at writing when I can spend the time to find the exact word I want, but I can get a little tonguetied in rapid conversation. Im very good at organizing things both material and data organization, but, again, I work slowly and pedantically. Im very much a turtle and not a hare. Im also good with people and interpersonal interactions, but this really only comes out strongly in oneonone encounters or in very small groups rather than in large groups. My specialty talent is active, empathic listening, which is, by definition, a turtles talent. It takes time to truly hear another persons story, and I am turtle enough to take that time.
