direct. Honesty is really important to me. It makes communication so much easier and more direct; so consequently communication is more efficient with honesty. I cannot stand playing stupid mind games and passive aggressive behavior. This will instantly make me mad or upset because I just view the behavior as childish and immature. I’m an adult and wish to be treated as such. If you can’t be honest with me we will have a problem getting along. I will always tell somebody the truth even if they might not like to hear it.
